Terms & Conditions — 7vvv Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "7vvv", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 7vvv platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://7vvv.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 7vvv platform.
• "Platform" means the 7vvv website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any services made available through them.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 7vvv platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, fishing games, slot machines, and any other gaming or wagering products offered on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to an account that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the player using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money.

Use of the 7vvv platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 7vvv enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players without exception.
• You are accessing the platform entirely of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the funds in your account are your own lawfully obtained funds.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person associated with 7vvv or its service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 7vvv platform or any associated gaming service.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 7vvv platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 7vvv will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• You must enable SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is available for all Pakistani network subscribers including Jazz, Zong, Telenor, and Ufone.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 7vvv support immediately via live chat.
• 7vvv reserves the right to verify identity documents, including CNIC or other government-issued Pakistani identification, before processing withdrawals or at any stage it deems appropriate.

7vvv accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the respective mobile money network. Bank transfers may require up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on interbank processing times.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• 7vvv does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by your bank or mobile money provider are outside 7vvv's control and remain the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 7vvv account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 7vvv reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and is not an indication of wrongdoing.

7vvv offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits. The general principles governing all 7vvv bonuses are as follows:

• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately within your account. Real money funds are always used before bonus funds, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Standard wagering requirements on deposit bonuses range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. The applicable requirement will always be displayed before you opt in to a bonus.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. Wagering on excluded games does not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• 7vvv reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or decline bonus eligibility at its sole discretion in cases where abuse, fraud, or exploitation of promotional mechanics is suspected.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value, or shared between accounts.

All bets and wagers placed on the 7vvv platform are final once confirmed. 7vvv does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed bets. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• Sports Betting: All cricket, PSL, and other sports markets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international matches). In the event of a match abandonment, applicable void rules apply as stated in the individual market description.
• Live Betting: Live in-play odds are updated continuously. 7vvv cannot be held responsible for connection interruptions on the player's side that affect the placement of live bets. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it stands.
• Casino Games: All slot, table, and live dealer games use certified random number generators (RNG) or real-time dealing mechanisms. Game results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness absent demonstrable technical malfunction.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game or bet outcome, 7vvv reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings attributed to a malfunction will not be paid out.
• Maximum Winnings: Single-session or single-event maximum win limits may apply. These are displayed within the relevant game or market. 7vvv reserves the right to cap payouts in line with these limits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7vvv platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially motivated criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted wagering mechanism without express written permission from 7vvv.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any poker, table game, or sports betting context.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or replicate any part of the 7vvv platform, its odds feeds, or its game content.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a minor or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

All content on the 7vvv platform, including but not limited to the 7vvv name, logo, trade dress, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio-visual elements, odds data, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of 7vvv or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without express prior written consent from 7vvv.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or redistribution of platform content in any form.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7vvv, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from platform unavailability, technical malfunction, or connectivity issues outside 7vvv's direct control.
• Data loss, account compromise, or unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Decisions made by the player in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes 7vvv's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7vvv collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7vvv does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the terms of 7vvv's operating licences.

7vvv is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and informed gambling. The platform provides a range of player protection tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five (5) years via the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be fully suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set at any time and take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Reality Checks: Session duration reminders can be configured to alert you at specified intervals during active gaming sessions.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7vvv support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

7vvv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is suspected or confirmed.
• The account is associated with a self-exclusion request under a responsible gaming programme.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account restriction.
• The player's jurisdiction becomes restricted under 7vvv's operational licences.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 7vvv's jurisdiction of operation under its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 7vvv's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].

7vvv aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as designated under 7vvv's applicable operating licence. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding on both parties.

7vvv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a platform notification or SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 7vvv platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure before the amendment takes effect.
